FAQ
Q: Why do orders take so long?
A: Most orders take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours because most doughs need to be chilled and everything is made from scratch. Cheesecakes alone take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to fully set. Please be patient with us and we promise we will get your delicious sweets and treats to you!
Q: Why do you not offer shipping?
A: Unfortunately it is really expensive for us to ship food items as most require next day air or 2-day shipping. That being said we will be shipping in the future!
Q: Do you decorate cakes?
A: I am not a cake decorator lol, I do not enjoy it due to me being a perfectionist and not feeling comfortable charging someone the high prices for something that isn't absolutely perfect.
Q: Do you take special requests or cater events?
A: I do take special requests on certain products and while I do look forward to be able to cater in the near future as of right now we can only do very small events.
Q: Can we customize orders, flavors, quantities, etc?
A: Of course and you can just let us know by email, text, or our social media page!
Q: How do returns work?
A: Unfortunately because of the baked goods we can't offer returns. If something turns out not quite how you want please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll make it right.
