A Neopolitan Cake and yes it's named after the ice cream I grew up on! we have a lovely strawberry sponge layered between smooth strawberry infused buttercream and a moist chocolate sponge topped with vanilla buttercream, chocolate drizzle and strawberry crumble all three flavors bursting in each bite! Just imagine the classic Neopolitan ice cream but in delicious cake form!
